problem!!! I need help...How can I help my BF with this problem?

We didn't see each other for 2 months and he came for Thanksgiving break and we had everyday he was home. Ok so the problem is that he don't last anymore. The first night was okay but the others were really quick. We had (??) 3 times one day and each time only lasted for about a minute. And I was kind of teasing him about it (not good... I know) but it was all so that he can do better the next time and because he used to tease me about my p*ssy not being good(apparently a lie) . I suggested that we use condoms but he doesn't want to for some reason. What else will help...is it simething I can do? I know stop teasing him is something I can do. But I love having and this is a problem.
