What was your first period like after miscarriage? TMI....need answers!?

Every women is different bit what happened with my natural mc in December sounds similar. Bled a bit and 2 1/2 weeks after my bleeding stopped I got bleeding and thought it was my period. It was very painful though for my whole body. I later learned it wasnt my period. My body had still held on to a teeny tiny piece of placenta so small that doctors couldn't see it and didn't bother to address it. They didn't follow my levels to 0 but to pre-preg levels and it made a big difftence. After 2 days I was back to spotting and got my real period about a month later. If it's just spotting I'm thinking you're going through the same thing. Don't expect to ovulate just yet if your ttc right away. Good luck I hope I helped and I'm very sorry for your loss
