When your own body cells get infected by a virus, does the antigen of that body cell change?

You know how pathogens have specific antigens so if the immune system doesn't recognize that antigen, it'll attack that pathogen? Well, what happens during cell mediated immunity? When your own cells get infected by a virus or fungi or something like that, does the antigen of that cell change?
