Montmartre! I'm going to Paris next month... :)?

I'm going away with my guy for 5 nights in January, to a hotel in Montmartre which looks like such a nice place to go! I know there's all the usual stuff like the Sacre Coeur and all that stuff to go and see, but does anyone know anywhere really unique and sorta, not touristy that we could go and see around that area? Little cosy restaurants or little boutiques, let me know!!!!!
