Calf cramps after basketball, but not after sprints?

Hi.Recently I had some pain in my achilles (calves area) on both sides.I would recommend for you to strength your calves...build that muscle up and make it strong. Secondly there are calves stretches you can do.Click the links in my sources and do the stretches.It should make the pain go away.
