Who sings this song? PLZ HELP!?

who sings this song? ive been trying to find out for like 3 yrs. all i remember is this "eh, eh, eh, ola (or sola)" then it has a piano in the background. its a slow calming song. i believe it has also has waves in the background. its two man, one is singing the "eh" and the other one is singing kinda in a deep, harsh satanic voice. Anyone know? ANd its not ENYA because its two guys (males). I've heard it on the radio like three times. ITS BEEN BUGGIN ME FOR YEARS!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!
