How badly will thin mints hurt birds?

If its a basic cookie it shouldnt hurt it.. if the bird didnt eat any of it, it should be fine, ive had parrots for most of my life, they eat all kinds of ****, even some poisonous stuff, but they didnt eat it, and didnt die. just keep an eye on it for a couple of hrs. hope it survives..:)
