Where are all the good jobs? I just don't get it?

I have a job at american express and i get 9.25 in utah, which is good because minimum wage is 5.75... and i also get commission, which is really easy to get because you have them upgrade to save money... and you get 7-20 dollars for every card you upgrade... so thats pretty good money, considering the fact that i'm a 16 year old... :) I found this job in the news paper...
