What do you take for your seasonal allergies?

Benadryl has stopped working, and Claritin doesn't work at all for my seasonal allergies. I recently started taking Zyrtec and it works well, but exacerbates my spinal osteoarthritis pain. My next step is the doctor for an Rx, but it'd be great to go in there armed with a list of possible meds. What works for you?
