How Can I raise money to get a Transplant?

I got a kidney and pancreas transplant in 2005, unfortunately they both rejected. I Live in virginia but I got my surgery in Wisconsin. I have an HMO but they won't ok another surgery. The hospital won't do the surgery unless I have some other way to pay.
