Danica Patrick's weight??

Just read an article that now the total weight for the cars will include the drivers weight as well....now the other girls on the track are averaging 165lbs and Danica is only 100lbs which is ideal for her 5'2" frame....the issue is she is too light making her car go faster! this is soooo absurd!! yet it has been ped.....whats your opinion??
