Best Pitching staff in the league?

The Braves pitching staff has been pretty good so far this season. The thing is, john smoltz is on the disabled list, peter moylan is out for the season, rafeal soriano hasnt pitched in over a month becuase hes hurt, and mike gonzalez still isnt back from the disabled list. Also Tom Glavine has been on the disabled list along with Mike Hampton who has yet to start becuase he hurt himself AGAIN. Imagine if all of these players were healthy, do you think the braves would have the best pitching staff in the league, including the bullpen? Remember they also have tim hudson and two young pitchers who are doing pretty well in jair jurrjens and jo jo reyes. There bullpen has been one of the best in the majors in may, i believe yesterday while i was watching the game it said they had the 4th lowest era in the majors in may.
