Are there any coders out there?

I'm currently trying to make a website, something like that of wajas.com. But I have no clue how to do this. I'm on freewebs.com, and have a basic idea, but I'll need help with the background, and the breedings, and whatnot to make it work. (If you don't know what wajas is, it's virtual petsite that allows you to breed wolf-like animals called wajas and play games, etc. etc) If you can do anything like this, I really need the help!
